Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman, an American gymnast is a former member of the Fierce Five 2012 as well as the Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic Gymnastics teams. In the 2012 Olympics she was awarded gold both on the floor for the team and in individual competitions. Bronze was taken with her balance bar. In 2012, she became the first American athlete to achieve the highest number of medals in the Olympics. She and the teammate Gabby Doug were the first Americans who won back-toback golds in team events. Silver medals were awarded in the floor individual and all-around events. Three years have passed since she last competed in gymnastics competitions. Additionally, she was part of the gold medal winning American teams at the two World Championships. Gymnastics was her first sport of choice at the age of two and her most favorite sport is floor exercises. Aly is an active member of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in honor of her grandmother who died from cancer. Aly plans on pursuing a career in fashion and is looking to increase her signature line of leotards and socks later on. Fierce - a novel that she's currently writing, is due released this year.
